Bill Espinosa has a talent for not just herding cats, but getting them to sing a cappella. His work at Intersection Studio is key to turning strategy and brand thinking into collaborative action agendas inside the organizations and businesses we consult.
Espinosa honed his art of bringing eclectic stakeholders together to solve complex problems in short periods of time while President and CEO of MG Taylor Corporation, a firm known for its innovation work in morphing the architectural charrette process for use in inspiring group creativity across business categories.
His work with the Los Angeles Unified School District in bringing administrators, politicians, teachers, parents and students together in agreement over a new model of education powered by small learning environments is a testament to the power of his facilitation. Don't try this at home.
How does one learn to walk in a room with disparate groups and motivate them to fly in formation? Practice. Practice. Practice. Prior work includes being President and CEO for Triangle KFC, a restaurant chain; Chief Planning Officer (CPO) for KFC Corp.; CPO for Providian Corporation, a financial services corporation; CPO for Collins Foods International, Inc; and Controller for Philips, N.V.
William Espinosa holds a Doctorate in Education from Loyola Marymount University. He has a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola University of Los Angeles. He is a veteran U.S. Army Sergeant.
